CEO and founder of DanceBody Katia Pryce joined KTLA live 10/8.
Williamsburg Schedule is LIVE! Classes start October 24th
Molly Sims hosted a DanceBody workout class at Holiday House in the Hamptons on Wednesday, whose proceeds went to breast cancer research.
“I always walked out of class in a better mood than when I arrived. The workout felt like an escape from the crazy hustle of city and news life.”
“It’s a different game when you age and your body starts to regenerate differently. I like to think of it as entrepreneurial survival.” As a fitness mogul, Katia needs a regimen to keep up her physical strength, energy, and mental capability all at once.
“I don’t know about you, but the extra hour of sunlight has put some serious pep in my step. The itch to clear out the clutter and make way for a healthier start to the season is REAL. Revamping your daily routine actually isn’t that hard when broken into smaller, more meaningful, bites.”
“If you want to be fit for life, you’d better enjoy your workout,” says Katia Pryce, founder of DanceBody, an ultra-popular Manhattan program. “When you’re dancing and rocking out to great music, there’s not doubt you’ll stick with it.”
Founder of DanceBody in NYC Katia Pryce put together some heart-pumping and toning moves that look so good, you could bring them to the dance floor. Or, better yet, you bring the dance floor to your living room. Either way, it’s a win-win double whammy.
