Hair

Emily DanceBodyBeautyProduct_dryshampoo

Living Proof Dry Shampoo: My favorite way to teach is with my hair down....I love a good hair whip!. So, when I run to the office, or out to dinner after class this product saves me life. It gets rid of that greasy look and leaves my curls looking fresh. -Emily Sindoni, NYC Trainer

Bumble and Bumble Hairdresser's Invisible Oil: My hair gets unbelievably dry in the summer between sweating, showers, and swimming. This is the best oil to hold in moisturizer for my stressed out tresses in between classes. - Katia Pryce, CEO + Founder

Sunday 2 Sunday Root Refresh Micellar Rinse: Having naturally curly hair I only wash it 2-3 times a week to prevent my curls from drying out. Since I sweat so much doing DanceBody, this product keeps my hair and scalp clean and fresh. I use it 1-2x a day: spray it onto divided sections of my roots and scalp, then diffuse or air-dry my hair. I love it because it removes product build-up and doesn't strip the natural oils it’s from a Black Owned Business. -Brooke Ivory, Los Angeles Trainer

Together Beauty Whatever Wherever Leave In Conditioner: Detangler spray is a throwback to my teen years, but still a must-have in my adult life! This version smooths out the most disastrous of dance cardio tangles. - Katia

Briogio Don't Despair, Repair! Shampoo, Conditioner, and Deep Conditioning Mask: My naturally long, curly hair requires products that are cleansing yet gentle enough not to dry it out. I specifically love the shampoo and conditioner by Briogeo. I also use their Deep Conditioning Mask 1-2x a week. - Dani Gorayeb, NYC Trainer

Nails

Emily DanceBodyBeautyProduct_glosslab

Glosslab: This is my favorite nail salon on the planet - and I've done my research. I frequent Glosslab so often I became an Unlimited Monthly Member for their clean, efficient man/pedis. Not only do I feel more put together with a manicure, but they do a great job taking care of my dancer feet. -Emily

Olive and June: Vegan and cruelty-free, this long lasting nail polish brand has the best (most affordable!) selection of colors. The Poppy, their patented universal polish bottle handle makes painting your own nails easier, and 10x faster then I’m short on time. You can pop it on top of your favorite polish for a comfy grip, more control, and even, steady strokes. -Mindi Kirsch, NYC Trainer

Body

Brooke_DanceBodyBeautyProduct_Deoderant

Lume Deodorant Cream: I love the way this cream absorbs into my skin like lotion without leaving any white residue. Before I workout I apply it to all of my high-sweat areas - odors be damned! -Brooke

RECESS Body 201 Body Wipes: These wipes are perfect to replace a shower after a DanceBody session. They always leave me feeling clean, fresh, and ready for the rest of my day. I have pretty sensitive skin and these don't irritate me at all! The individual packaging is great to toss into your bag. -Emily

Skincare

Katia_Osea_DanceBodyBeautyProduct-1

M61 Power Cleanse: To wash all the grime off, the antibacterial tea tree oil in this ensures my skin is grime-free after a long sweaty day. It can be drying, so I only use it in the summer months. - Katia

Peter Thomas Roth Potent C Scrub: Exfoliation station! I’ve been on a quest for years in search of the perfect exfoliation bead size, and these guys finally nailed it. Holy grail of exfoliators. - Katia

Osea Hyaluronic Sea Serum: I just found this family owned company and love their story. Every one of their products is made from seaweed, so it doesn’t get much cleaner than that! I’ve been using it every night, and I swear it’s changing my skin. Look at this stuff, isn’t it neat? - Katia

Glamglow Glowstarter Moisturizer: I always apply this before I put makeup on, to give my face that glowy, summer look. - Katia

Beauty RX Nourishing Moisture Cream: Moisturizer when you sweat daily is NECESSARY. My skin is constantly dehydrated so this is the first thing that goes on after a shower. - Katia

Fré Refresh Me Mist: This mist is perfect for busy days when I’m not able to wash my face in-between classes and seeing clients. It’s hydrating, soothing, and leaves you with a little dewy glow. Not to mention it has anti-aging benefits and fights breakouts. -Brooke

Glow Recipe Watermelon Mist: I always finish my makeup with a spray of this setting mist. If you really do have somewhere to run after class, and you have setting spray on, you're going to be in better shape than if you don't. Ultra-fine mist is the way to go, and the scent of Watermelon is a total win. - Katia

Sunscreen

Katia_Supergoop_DanceBodyBeautyProduct-1

Supergoop Lip Screen: Newly found! I realized my lips needed to feel the same sunscreen love I was giving my face and body, since we are teaching outdoor classes. Bonus: it doubles as a chic lip gloss. - Katia

SkinCeuticals Physical Fusion UV Defense SPF 50: This time of year, I spend a lot of time outside working out. With so many hours under the sun I don’t leave the house without SkinCeuticals SPF 50. It has a tint to it so I look put together while it protects my skin. It's lightweight and doesn't feel like it's melting off of my face as I workout -Emily

Makeup

Dani_Ilia_DanceBodyBeautyProduct-1

ILIA Concealer: The ILIA concealer is one of my go-to's - providing coverage while still looking like your natural skin. It helps to brighten under my eyes when I know I haven't gotten enough sleep or if an annoying blemish pops up. I don't have to reapply throughout the day, and it doesn't get cakey. - Dani

ILIA Bronzing Powder and Illuminator: I don't like heavy makeup on my face, so the bronzing powder and highlighter pack the perfect amount of punch on days when I want a little extra sumthin' sumthin'. I brush some bronzer on the cheek bones for a subtle color and highlighter on the brow bones and inner corners of my eyes for a healthy glow The company uses sustainable packaging from recycled materials, so it’s a great brand I can truly get behind. - Dani

Kosas Brow Gel: When it comes to getting ready, I think the brows are one of the most important features of the face.. My brow guru, Azi Sacks, turned me onto this product because it is like a 3-in-1 secret weapon: it lifts, conditions, and sets the brows while helping them reach their full growth potential. - Dani
