We offer Training Sessions for groups of 2 or more - both for kids and adults - because working out is better with friends. You can also celebrate birthdays, bachelorette parties, and company events the healthy way with a DanceBody private party. For groups of 5 to 50, you bring your peeps and we’ll bring the heat.
