Get May'd Details

We’re challenging you to Get May’d from 5/1 - 5/31 with DanceBody because we know Movement is Medicine.

Together, in studio and online, we'll take classes and have fun in our annual challenge that will leave you feeling stronger. As we know, movement is just as important for your mind as it is for your body.


How it works: The CDC recommends 150 minutes of exercise a week, so we're challenging you to prioritize your health by committing to 200 minutes weekly in May.
