    After dancing professionally for years, Katia combined her passion for dance and fitness into a career when she founded DanceBody in 2013. A 10-year veteran in the wellness industry, Katia quickly developed a reputation for her compassionate, yet no-nonsense, attitude towards building her company culture. Her mission to provide a fun, inclusive experience through her classes has translated into devoted DanceBody clients in NYC, Miami, Los Angeles, The Hamptons, and beyond. Katia is regularly tapped as an expert in her field, both as a fitness professional and entrepreneur.

    A lifelong performer with over 12 years in the fitness industry, Courtnay is responsible for strategic operations, programming, and trainer development. With vast expertise in both dance and fitness practices, she joined DanceBody in 2013 and shifted her focus to infrastructure development. With a mission to empower others, Courtnay leads her sold out classes with tough love, sweat, and pure athleticism.

    Director of Training & DB Trainer

    Natalie started out dancing competitively in Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from Slippery Rock University with a BA in Dance. After years of international tours and performing as a magician's assistant, Natalie found her home at DanceBody in 2019. Along with training private clients and teaching classes, Natalie oversees the day to day and long-term operations of DanceBody training and trainers.

    Emily Sindoni

    Program & Training Manager

    Emily began training in classical ballet in South Jersey. She made the move to NYC where she graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with a BFA in Dance and a minor in Arts Management. After a few shows and a few hundred pointe shoes, Emily was craving a little more intensity and a lot more community. She found DanceBody in the summer of 2019 and is now both a DB Trainer and Program & Training Manager. She is responsible for contributing to the growth and development of DanceBody through content programming, creation, organization, and trainer development.
