Throughout the year we host special event classes, pop up workouts, and unforgettable retreats. We curate these experiences to bring our community together through movement and wellness. This season, we look forward to working with some of our favorite partners in the wellness space at our Hamptons events popping up from Bridgehampton to Montauk.

  • DanceBody turned up the heat in Montauk this July with a high-vibe wellness escape at Hero Beach Club. We celebrated 10 years of bringing the burn to the Hamptons — and this year, we went all out.
