    My class vibe is: A judgment free zone.

    When not at DB: I’m driving all around Miami working in marketing for the majority of hotels along Miami Beach.

    My favorite part of class is: The end. You can feel everyone's high energy and sense of "wow, that was a good workout"  & "we made it”. 

    I’m known for my: Lower Body Series

    I feel powerful when: I’m having a productive day. Getting up early, making a coffee, getting a good workout in, and getting dressed up nice for myself just to get the day going. Personal power is the most valuable power to have because it's 100% yours, unconditionally.

    I give back: Working closely with The Woody Foundation. They help to transform the quality of life of those living with paralysis
