Personalized Private Training
Book a one-hour DanceBody Private Training for yourself or a Semi-Private Session for a group of 2-4 people. Sessions can be held in-home, in-studio, or virtually with your favorite DanceBody Trainer. With Private Training you get:

- Personalized workout plan including goal setting and accountability.
- One-on-one attention ensuring every exercise is executed with proper form.
