We offer several Private Training Programs based on your needs. To see results with these programs, we recommend at least 4 private sessions per month, but you're welcome to book as much, or as little, as you'd like.

Personalized Private Training

Book a one-hour DanceBody Private Training for yourself or a Semi-Private Session for a group of 2-4 people. Sessions can be held in-home, in-studio, or virtually with your favorite DanceBody Trainer. With Private Training you get:

  • Customized 60-minute sessions tailored to your goals and fitness level.
  • Personalized workout plan including goal setting and accountability.
  • One-on-one attention ensuring every exercise is executed with proper form.
