This plan is perfect for those looking to increase their overall strength and lean muscle tone by attending our three different types of Sculpt classes: Mat, Strength, and Power. 

A weekly schedule should include:

- Sculpt: Mat 1x
- Sculpt: Strength 2x
- Sculpt: Power 1x

Energy – Burn Fat, Boost Energy, Feel the Fire.

This plan is best for those looking to increase their metabolism, enhance their VO2 Max, and boost their energy with a dynamic mix of our cardio and sculpt classes.

A weekly schedule should include:

- Cardio: HIIT 2x
- Cardio: Hip Hop/Full Out 1x
- Sculpt: Power 1x

Burn – Balance, Burn, Transform. 

This plan provides a balanced burn for those looking to enhance overall tone and build strength from an even split of both our cardio and sculpt based classes.

A weekly schedule should include:

- Cardio: HIIT/Hip Hop/Full Out 2x
