Customized 60-minute Private Training Sessions at DanceBody can be in-person at one of our studios, your home, or virtually from anywhere. Whether you're looking to improve your endurance, tone your muscles, learn to dance, or simply have fun while getting fit, our trainers will design a workout plan tailor-made for you.

Sticking to a fitness routine can be tough, especially when you're going it alone. With private training you have a DanceBody Trainer by your side every step of the way providing accountability, support, and motivation to help you stay on track and reach your fitness goals.


DanceBody Private Training Session Offerings

One-On-One: Our trainers work with you to create a workout program that targets your needs from gaining flexibility to building strength. Our trainers also specialize in prenatal workouts and postnatal workouts to connect to your body during and after pregnancy.

In-Person or Virtual: Sessions can take place at a DanceBody studio, your home in New York City, The Hamptons, Miami, Los Angeles, or virtually from anywhere. 

Groups and Events: Working out with friends is just better. For groups of 2 or more, we offer semi-private training sessions. You can also celebrate a birthday, bachelorette party, or company event with a DanceBody private workout event. You bring the friends; we bring the sweat. We also offer fun kids dance classes!


The DanceBody Program

The DanceBody Program is one-month personalized plan that delivers real results. This 30-day workout program is the perfect way to focus on your fitness goals. You choose a DanceBody Trainer you want to work with and get: 

  • Two 20-minute consultations: one to start the month strong, and one at the end to review results.
  • Two 45-minute private sessions with your trainer to work towards your goals.
  • A workout plan to follow for the entire month.
