  2. Sculpt +: Using our patented 8lb HexWeight, this intense 50-minute slow burn class will challenge your body and mind while increasing your strength. You’ll tone and condition muscles you didn’t even know you had.
  3. Dance & Sculpt: This fast-paced 50-minute class fuses together 35 minutes of feel good, easy- to-follow, dance cardio followed by 15 minutes of full-body sculpting on our patented HexMat.
  4. Sculpt: Experience 50 minutes of dance-inspired sculpt exercises to tone and strengthen your entire body. Using our resistance bands, 2-3lb D-weights, Sculpt Bands, and HexMat, this low impact class is perfect if you’re new.
  5. Hip Hop Hits: Guaranteed to be your favorite dance cardio class, Hip Hop Hits is a fan favorite 50-minute medium impact class. Dance along to the best hip hop music with the highest vibes. Dances change every month.
  6. Get Low: Guaranteed to be your new favorite low impact cardio class. This 50-minute class will give you the mood boost you crave without breaking you down. Low impact, but high energy, this class promises a great sweat.
  7. Full Out: Challenge yourself to our most advanced class. Full Out combines our choreographed dances and standing sculpt intervals to deliver an intense 50-minute full-body workout. Dances change every Jan, Apr, Jul, and Oct giving you the chance to practice, perfect, and perform.
